Job description

Position: Exploitation Analyst

Location: Hawaii
Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Role Overview

The Exploitation Analyst supports mission operations through technical analysis of collected data, digital environments, and adversary infrastructure. This role combines analytical tradecraft with technical expertise to identify, assess, and exploit intelligence opportunities in support of cyber and intelligence missions. The analyst will work closely with operational teams to develop actionable intelligence, characterize targets, and support mission planning and execution.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze technical and intelligence data to identify exploitation opportunities
  • Conduct network, system, and infrastructure analysis to support mission objectives
  • Develop intelligence products, target assessments, and operational reporting
  • Correlate information from multiple sources to identify patterns, relationships, and operational insights
  • Support target development, mission planning, and operational assessments
  • Analyze adversary infrastructure, communications, and digital environments
  • Collaborate with analysts, operators, and technical teams to support mission execution
  • Produce timely reporting and briefings for operational and leadership audiences

Required Experience

  • Experience conducting technical analysis in support of cyber, intelligence, or exploitation missions
  • Experience analyzing network infrastructure, internet technologies, and digital environments
  • Experience working with intelligence reporting, target development, or operational support activities
  • Understanding of network protocols, system architecture, and communications technologies
  • Experience synthesizing technical findings into actionable intelligence products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting SIGINT, Cyber Operations, Digital Network Exploitation (DNE), or Technical Targeting missions
  • Experience with network analysis, packet analysis, or infrastructure mapping tools
  • Experience supporting NSA, USCYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, or Intelligence Community missions
  • Familiarity with adversary TTP analysis and cyber threat methodologies
  • Experience supporting operational planning and mission execution activities
  • Knowledge of targeting, exploitation, or collection management processes
