This role will be a key leader on our Global Services Channel Partnerships team, focused on security solutions.
About the Role
The Vice President, Partnerships - Security Solutions (Tech Alliances) is a global, quota-carrying, revenue-producing leadership role responsible for building and scaling the partnership motion across Mastercard Security Solutions, which includes cyber, fraud, and identity capabilities. This leader will develop a portfolio of strategic partner accounts, from identifying opportunities and shaping joint value propositions through contracting, launch, and growth. We are looking for someone who can think big, develop strategy, and execute with speed.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Recruitment, Onboarding, and Enablement
Define the target partner profile aligned to our security solutions
Develop compelling partner value propositions and executive-ready narratives tied to Security Solution outcomes.
Identify, qualify, and engage prospective partners through structured research, outreach, and relationship development, converting qualified prospects into committed, productive partnerships.
Launch pilots or proof-of-concepts in an initial market and scale successful plays to additional regions.
Drive partner onboarding and activation so partners can sell, market, and deliver Mastercard Security Solutions effectively.
Revenue Management and Joint Planning
Meet and exceed assigned channel revenue targets; maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting with clear next steps and risk mitigation.
Run regular partner governance, including monthly pipeline reviews and annual joint business planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Engage Mastercard direct sales, product and marketing in support of partner-driven opportunities.
Serve as the voice of the channel - providing structured feedback from partners to inform product roadmaps, go-to-market programs, and partner tooling.
All About You
Extensive experience with partnerships, channel or alliance sales, or relevant commercial experience, with a proven track record of recruiting and developing productive partner ecosystems, ideally in cyber, fraud, or identity.
Demonstrates partnership sell-in capability, including originating, shaping, and closing opportunities -- not only partner enablement or program operations.
Proven ability to build partnerships from scratch, from targeting and outreach through commercial agreement and growth.
Consultative selling approach with the ability to translate a broad services portfolio into a focused partner narrative.
Comfort working in a matrixed, global environment and aligning stakeholders across regions and functions.
Comfort with ambiguity and a track record of creating structure, priorities, and momentum without a rigid playbook.
Strong executive communication skills and the ability to build multi-threaded relationships at senior levels.
Commercial discipline demonstrated through strong pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and partner governance.
Ability to work flexibly across time zones.
