Job Description:
We are seeking a Red Team Senior Close Access Network Capability/Wi-Fi Developer to support DCART through the advanced development, integration, and validation of proximity-enabled wireless access capabilities used during authorized threat emulation assessments.
This role focuses on the research, development, and operationalization of mission-specific tooling to enable DCART operators to achieve initial access and maneuver within enterprise environments protected by modern Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) and Identity Detection and Response (IDR) solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead development of wireless and proximity-enabled access capabilities
  • Design and develop tooling for:
    • Enterprise WiFi exploitation
    • Credential interception
    • Authentication relay
    • Wireless network pivoting
  • Develop embedded access platforms for covert deployment by operational teams
  • Integrate developed capabilities with approved C2 frameworks
  • Conduct research and development to support:
    • Antivirus evasion
    • Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) evasion
    • Identity-based detection mechanisms
  • Provide technical reach-back support to assessment teams
  • Mentor mid-level developers
  • Validate developed capabilities against:
    • Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE)
    • Microsoft Defender for Identity (MDI)
  • Maintain documentation for developed tools in accordance with DCART SOPs

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • Active Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) clearance
  • 5+ years of experience in: Offensive cyber tool development, Wireless capability development, Network exploitation research
  • Experience developing in: Python, C / C++, Go
  • Experience working within Linux-based development environments
  • Special requirements: Must pass the Advanced Cyber Red Team Senior Developer aptitude test
  • Must be able to travel 15%- OCONUS and CONUS locations

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
  • 7+ years of experience supporting offensive cyber capability development
  • Prior experience supporting: DoD Red Team, CPT Threat Emulation, CYBERCOM-aligned assessments
  • Experience developing: Wireless exploitation frameworks, Embedded access platforms, Payload delivery infrastructure
  • Certifications such as:
    • CWNE
    • OSCP
    • GXPN / GPEN

Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.
