Job description

CX Sales Representative:
The Customer Experience (CX) Sales Representative is responsible for managing and growing CX sales within a designated set of accounts and/or territory, in support of the associated account strategy. This position will provide a consistent customer interface for parts, technical support, field service inquiries, system modifications, expansions, and enhancements. This role is the liaison between customers and cross functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to the customer needs.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
  • In conjunction with the Direct or Integrator Account Managers, this individual will be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers for CX-related opportunities.
  • Developing a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
  • Work extensively with customers on solution options
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Achieve bookings goals across CX teams
  • Educate customers on key system lifecycle milestones and develop supporting multiyear CAPEX program.
  • Communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Utilize CRM system to manage deals, follow-up, contact information, forecasting reports etc.
  • Responsible for working with internal cross-functional teams to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships
  • Working with cross-functional teams to drive proposal generation and revisions
  • Act as the customer’s advocate to ensure they have the best experience with CX
Required Skills/ Abilities:
  • Detail oriented mindset capable of striving for 100% quote accuracy and customer satisfaction
  • Requires theoretical knowledge in suitable mechanical, software and electrical systems that represent the current product offerings. This can come from an applicable degree and field of study or work-related experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with both coworkers and customers
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to lead a team
  • Demonstrated ability to understand principals involved in conveyor systems and other material handling system technologies; also, to understand the supporting electrical and control systems
  • Key ability is to synthesize new and unique applications of current product line to meet customer demand
Education amp; Experience
  • 5+ years of Sales or Account Management experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and listening skills required
  • Extensive experience delivering technical and service-based solutions to promote material handling system longevity
Work Environment This is primarily a desk-based role, requiring extended periods of sitting and computer use. While the role is mainly desk-based, mobility within the office, manufacturing facility and customer sites may be required for meetings and interactions with colleagues.
Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Ability to traverse office, manufacturing facility and customer sites.
