Representatives will be expected to perform a variety of duties necessary to maintain good customer relations and continually grow market share within an assigned territory. The territories are Northeast, Southeast, South and West.We are hiring for 2 territories:WEST: Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California, Nevada (must be able to travel within this territory 50% of the time)SOUTH: Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Louisiana, Alabama (must be able to travel within this territory 50% of the time)**How you'll spend your day:*** Actively manages and grows market share of CWP products and services through a network of dealer partners located within an assigned territory.* Works closely with management to identify prospects, present CWP's unique value proposition and onboard new dealer partners within assigned territory.* Preserves and improves customer experience by performing regular client visits with an emphasis on training of design personnel on CWP's products and process.* Ensures that all showroom displays, sample sets and marketing materials are complete and up to date.* Works as a liaison between Dealer/Designers and CWP Project Management team through project lifecycle, both pre and post-production.* Identifies and implements solutions to resolve escalated job-site issues and suspected warranty concerns reported by dealers.## Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or industry related field or equivalent experience preferred* 5+ years experience in kitchen/bath design, sales, and order processing of custom cabinetry required* Proven track record as a sales representative in the Kitchen and Bath cabinetry industry required* Prior experience as the owner or manager of a kitchen and bath showroom strongly preferred* NKBA Certified Professional credentials: CMKBD, CKBD, CKD preferred* Working knowledge of woodworking, cabinetry, and door manufacturing and installation* Working knowledge of the details of residential construction - materials, methods and terminology, quality* Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences virtually and in-person* Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills* Proficient in MS Office and CRM program required* Previous experience with design software: AutoCAD, Chief Architect, 2020, Revit preferred* Ability to travel 50% of the time to meet dealer clients, attend business meetings and conferences. #J-18808-Ljbffr
