CWI / NDT INSPECTOR

Structural Steel Inspection

We are seeking experienced CWI and/or NDT Inspectors specializing in structural steel inspection. These are long-term career opportunities for individuals seeking stability and growth within a reputable engineering and inspection environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural steel inspections on commercial and infrastructure projects • Conduct welding inspections and non-destructive testing procedures • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications • Document findings and prepare detailed inspection reports • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and engineers • Identify deficiencies and communicate findings to management promptly and professionally

Qualifications

• Current CWI and/or NDT certifications required • Structural steel inspection experience required • Strong understanding of welding procedures and inspection standards • Excellent reporting and communication skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital reporting platforms • Ability to work independently in field environments

Compensation & Benefits

This position is an hourly nonexempt role at a rate of $_____/hour. Overtime will be paid for all hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours per week at one-and-one-half times the employee's base hourly rate.

Paid Time Off (PTO) is available to full-time employees.

Employees are eligible for medical benefits after sixty (60) days of employment, effective on the first of the month following eligibility requirements based on date of hire. The company currently provides 100% paid employee medical coverage. Dependent premium costs are the responsibility of the employee.

The company will provide an assigned company vehicle, gas card, and laptop for business-related use.
