Description:
All staff are required to work 2 of the 3 major holidays.
This includes Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's.
Travelers must be prepared to float frequently to meet staffing needs.
Travelers may be assigned to different units based on experience.
Travelers may also be assigned to a sister campus.
RNs will float within scope to meet facility needs.
Units may include a variety of medical, surgical, and telemetry units.
Care teams include various support roles.
Facility is a 100% nicotine-free environment.
Weekend shifts require working 4 out of 8 weekends in a 4-week period.
RTO restrictions permit up to two weeks of requests.
Requests for time off must be submitted with the application.
Local candidates are not accepted; candidates must be more than 100 miles from the facility.
Pending licenses are accepted but must be in hand by submission time.
Scrubs are mandatory with specific color and branding requirements.
Certification of COVID-19 vaccine is required with limited exemptions.
Not required to have a flu vaccine.
Patient populations include adults and geriatrics.
Additional interdisciplinary support includes various medical services.
Patient diagnoses vary across units.
Position requires management of specific drips and medications.
Daily responsibilities involve a variety of clinical tasks and procedures.
Compliance with facility policies and regulations required.
All contracts are to end on a Sunday.
