Job Description

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Assists with routine technical support tasks for the RX Equipment area under general supervision. Communicates deviations from expected outcomes to internal teams.
Collects feedback from the warehouse department to ensure the technical support function is responsive to business needs.
Documents the receipt of control drugs and cooler drugs and verifies the number of cartons and pallets in each delivery.
Assists pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with equipment operations; coordinates pharmacy deliveries and orders to ensure timely service.
Inspects the final RX product for appropriateness and uniformity and verifies product labels for accuracy to ensure ready for delivery.
Maintains specialized pharmacy equipment, such as automated dispensing devices and unit dosing machines.
Collects information on RX trends and analyzes RX order frequency in order to anticipate consumer demand.
Monitors pharmacy equipment and fill dispensing units and calibrates to ensure maximum functionality.
Operates automated RX equipment to assist pharmacists with compounding, repackaging, and cart filling.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $25.65

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
