About the Role:

The Repack Cutter role is essential in our production area, focusing on the precise cutting and repackaging of products to meet quality and production standards. This position ensures that all products are accurately cut according to specifications and then repackaged efficiently for distribution or further processing. The role demands attention to detail to maintain product integrity and compliance with safety and quality regulations. The Repack Cutter professionally collaborates closely with production teams to optimize workflow and minimize waste. Ultimately, this position contributes significantly to the smooth operation of manufacturing processes and customer satisfaction through timely and accurate product handling.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment, preferably involving cutting or packaging tasks.
  • Basic understanding of safety standards and procedures.
  • Ability to operate cutting tools and machinery safely and effectively.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate cutting tools to accurately cut materials according to specified dimensions and quality standards.
  • Repackage finished or semi-finished products into designated packaging materials, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Inspect products for defects or inconsistencies and report any quality issues to supervisors promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and manufacturing guidelines.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 Ibs., ability to stand for prolonged periods, lift, bend, twist, squat, reach and grasp.
