Machine Operator - 1st Shift
Location: Waukesha, Wisconsin
Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday – Friday) OT Start at 5am
Pay Rate: Starting at $18+ per hour, based on experience

We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Machine Operator to join our reputable client in Waukesha, Wisconsin, on the first shift. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with prior machine operation experience, particularly with wire cutting machinery. Whether you're experienced or eager to learn, we offer the training needed to help you succeed. Be part of a family-owned company that values integrity, teamwork, and career growth.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting
  • Hands-on experience operating manufacturing or wire cutting machinery
  • Ability to measure accurately using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
  • Ability to read technical drawings and measurement tools
  • Strong attention to detail, including the ability to distinguish colors
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience operating programmable wire cutters
  • Flexibility to assist with other machines or positions as needed

Preferred Education and Experience:
