What You'll Do

  • Assist customers with shipping inquiries and booking requests.

  • Coordinate ocean freight, air freight, and domestic transportation.  Track international shipments and provide shipment updates.

  • Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and customer files.

  • Communicate with ocean carriers, airlines, trucking companies, customs brokers, and overseas agents.

  • Answer incoming calls and respond professionally to customer emails.

  • Maintain accurate shipment records and operational files.

  • Assist with transportation brokerage operations.

  • Support vehicle shipping and wholesale vehicle operations.

  • Learn export documentation, EEI/AES filing, and regulatory compliance.

  • Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
