Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Advocate to manage and support our strategic customer accounts. This role is heavily focused on order entry and data accuracy, ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and international / Domestic clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and experience working with international customers
Job Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter and process customer orders in GP/CRM systems.
  • Validate data for completeness and accuracy before submission.
  • Monitor order status and proactively resolve discrepancies or delays.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Understand customer needs and advocate internally for timely and effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with logistics, sales, and production teams to meet customer expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with international clients and partners across time zones.
  • Support documentation and compliance with international shipments and transactions.

Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • Familiarity with international customers.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environment.
  • Proven experience in order entry, data entry, or customer service roles.
  • Strong proficiency in ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with international customers or in a global business environment.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors’ degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in Customer Service manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent oral and written proficiency in the English language.
  • Production/Planning skills: Knowledge of Good manufacturing processes (GMP’s).
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Deadline oriented.
  • IT skills - Proficiency in using common PC applications.
  • Excellent ability to work with others.
  • Cognitive (Reasoning):
    • Apply principles of rational systems to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
    • Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, visual, or schedule form.
  • Communication:
    • Vocalize and explain detailed data and problem-solve, both in-person and by telephone Must have good communication skills (both verbal and written)
    • Compose routine correspondence on own initiative
    • Make comprehensive notes in English
    • May involve a large volume of such composition.
    • Must have ability to work well under pressure
  • Physical Capabilities
    • Strength (lifting, dexterity, repetitive motion):
      • Must be able to lift 30-lbs onto waist high shelves
      • Must be able to lift and carry a min of 25lbs.
    • Movement: Employee will frequently use fingers, walk and distinguish basic colors. Employees will continuously use both hands, sit for extended periods of time, and use rapid or well-developed coordination simultaneously.
    • Hearing: Must be able to hear and understand work direction in a loud, distracting environment
    • Vision: Must be able to judge distance, identify details, and view computer screen regularly
