Compensation
  • Hourly Pay:ย Starting atย $15.00/hr

  • Commission:

    • $15 per customer you bring into the dealership

    • $20 per customer that buys

    • Afterย 90 days:ย $25 per Showย andย $25 per Sold

  • Earnings typically align with theย national BDC average of $38,000โ€“$55,000+ย annually, depending on performance.
