Acts as the Customer Success organization's project leadership resource for high-complexity, high-visibility, and business-critical customer initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, customers, and external partners to drive alignment and accountability.
  • Identify challenges, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Exercise sound judgment to balance customer needs, business priorities, and project objectives.
  • Provide clear project updates, reporting, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination between Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Vendors, and other business partners.
  • Drive process improvements that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and project delivery.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and results.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Exceptional organization, accountability, and ownership.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across teams without direct authority.

What's needed - Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of business experience in project coordination and/or project management.
  • Experience managing projects and driving successful outcomes across multiple stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
    • V/X-look-up, pivot tables and power query.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What's needed - Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting or working directly within a sales organization.
  • Experience managing customer implementations or onboarding projects.
  • Experience supporting strategic customer accounts.
  • Knowledge of enterprise order management systems.
  • Demonstrated success leading process improvement initiatives.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, or a related field. PMP or PMI certification a plus.

We Offer:
  • Inclusive culture with associate-led Business Resource Groups
  • Flexible PTO (22 days) and Holiday Schedule (7 observed paid holidays)
  • Online and Retail Discounts, Company Match 401(k), Physical and Mental Health Wellness programs, and more!
