Position Overview:
Customer Advocacy Manager
As Cellebrite's Customer Advocacy Manager, you orchestrate the content - customer stories and key flagship events - that fuel our brand narrative.
Customer obsession drives everything you do: you build the trusted relationships that turn satisfied customers into vocal advocates, and you cultivate their stories event experiences and help to bring their voices to the world stage.
Key Responsibilities
  • Source, build and maintain a customer story pipeline, coordinating the full process from initial intake interviews through story production
  • Manage storyboard creation, and help write and produce stories for a variety of formats
  • Support the event content strategy for our annual user summit, including tactical orchestration and support such as run-of-show communications and deadline tracking
  • Coordinate the event speaker lineup, from main-stage keynotes to breakout sessions, serving as the key point of contact for speakers
  • Serve as the trusted, go-to resource for customer advocates, building and nurturing long-term relationships that turn satisfied customers into engaged, vocal advocates for Cellebrite

Requirements
  • 5-7+ years in customer success, customer marketing, communications or advocacy program management
  • Experience running a customer reference or advocacy program
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or a related field

Required Skills
  • Customer obsession: genuine passion for the customer experience, putting customers at the center of every decision
  • Relationship development: an innate ability to build trust with customers and become their go-to resource for support, storytelling, public appearances and more
  • Community management: a strong customer success background, with the ability to nurture and mobilize an engaged customer community
  • Storytelling and writing: strong writing, interviewing and editorial skills across formats - video, written case studies, social and the stage
  • Project management: comfortable juggling multiple pipelines (stories, events, speakers) against tight deadlines
