Job description

The Patrick Henry Family YMCA is currently seeking part time, personable Member Service Associates who enjoy working in a fast paced environment to provide quality service to members and prospective members! The pay range for this position is $13-$14.

Serious applicants must be able to work nights and weekends.

DUTIES of a Member Services Associate

Member service associates will be required to answer phones, greet members, process memberships and complete program registrations.
QUALIFICATIONS of a Member Services Associate

Member service associates should have excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, a high school diploma or GED and be 18 years old or older.
