Location: Carmel, IN (hybrid โ€“ 3 days a week onsite) Industry: Energy

Job Description: Theoris Services is assisting our client in their search for a Client Services Analyst to add to their growing team located in Carmel, IN. Our client is seeking an individual who can provide value-added support and services to internal and external customers. You will manage requests for data, non-disclosure agreements, and ensure accuracy of data. You will also be responsible for reviewing process documents and providing necessary updates.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (commitment to providing excellent customer is a must)
  • Self-starter and organized
  • Experience utility or energy (highly preferred)
