Role Description The Sales Management Trainee is a full-time, on-site role based in Woburn, MA, designed to prepare team members for future leadership positions in sales and branch operations. In this role, the trainee supports day-to-day sales activities, including assisting customers, branch deliveries, processing orders, and learning product lines across plumbing, heating, cooling, and related categories. The trainee works closely with sales and branch leadership to understand account management, inventory processes, pricing strategies, and customer relationship management. Daily responsibilities include shadowing experienced sales professionals, participating in training sessions, learning operational systems and tools, and contributing to team goals. Over time, the trainee will take on increasing responsibility for managing customer accounts, supporting branch performance, and developing skills needed for a sales or branch management role.
