They listen first.

They ask the right questions, understand what the customer needs, communicate clearly, and make the customer feel confident that they've called the right company.

They're also comfortable with goals and performance expectations.

Success isn't simply answering a certain number of calls. It's about delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping customers take the next step and schedule the service they need.

Strong Customer Care Consultants are positive, dependable, coachable, organized, and motivated to improve. They learn from feedback, understand their performance metrics, and look for opportunities to get better.

If you're great with people, comfortable on the phone, motivated by goals, and enjoy turning conversations into solutions, this is the kind of environment where you can succeed.

Your Career Can Grow Here

A Customer Care Consultant position can be the beginning of a much larger career with Service Minds.

As you develop your skills and demonstrate strong performance, opportunities may become available across Customer Care, Dispatch, Training, Leadership, Branch Operations, and other areas of our growing organization.

We invest in training, coaching, and development because we want great employees to have opportunities to continue growing with us.

At Service Minds, we're on a mission of Changing Lives Through the Skilled Trades.

Our technicians may perform the work inside the customer's home, but the customer experience often begins with you.
