Sales Associate – Orangetheory FitnessPosition Summary

As a Sales Associate at Orangetheory Fitness, you will serve as the first point of contact for members and guests, creating an exceptional studio experience while driving membership growth. This role combines customer service, sales, and front desk operations to help individuals begin and maintain their fitness journey. The ideal candidate is energetic, outgoing, goal-oriented, and passionate about health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Educate prospective members about Orangetheory Fitness programs, memberships, and promotions.
  • Conduct studio tours and assist guests through the introductory class experience.
  • Meet or exceed monthly membership, retail, and referral sales goals.
  • Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and text messaging to convert prospects into members.
  • Schedule classes, manage member accounts, and maintain accurate records using studio management software.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond promptly to member inquiries.
  • Build strong relationships with members to encourage retention and referrals.
  • Support studio events, community outreach, and marketing initiatives.
  • Process membership agreements, retail purchases, and payments accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
  • Collaborate with coaches and studio staff to deliver an exceptional member experience.
Qualifications
