Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Warwick, RI. This is a 6-month initial contract opportunity that will begin with required onsite training, followed by a transition to a remote work environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of customer service experience, with call center experience preferred. Experience within the insurance industry is highly desired.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate, professional assistance.
