WinstonBrock Recruitment, on behalf of our Hamilton-based client, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team.
Role Overview
The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in ensuring timely and professional handling of all in-bound customer inquiries. This role demands accuracy, efficiency, and a strong understanding of how customer service integrates with broader business functions. You’ll contribute to customer satisfaction, support corporate sales initiatives, and help maintain seamless operations across the sales cycle.
You will make your impact by:
  • Responding to customer inquiries email and phone with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Accurately reviewing and processing incoming customer orders
  • Supporting the onboarding and servicing of customers
  • Gaining a strong understanding of the client’s industry and business needs to make informed recommendations
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of company products and production capabilities
  • Delivering consistent, solutions-oriented customer experiences
  • Managing multiple tasks and priorities with strong organization and communication
