Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) delivers an exceptional in-store experience by supporting sales and customer service efforts. This role focuses on building customer relationships, guiding customers through the purchasing journey, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial engagement through ongoing account support. The CSR partners with the store team to drive business, enhance customer satisfaction, and support a high-performing retail environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
