ZAC-TRANZ INC. , a division of Loyal Express Group , is seeking a customer service representative. Our customer service representatives are enthusiastic people with excellent working conditions and a good benefits package.

Our priority is to continually aim and preserve a file without accidents or incidents. We are looking for individuals, who are independent, resourceful and dynamic. Job fonctions: Receives all delivery orders from customers and exercise discretion; Use judgment when relating to the customer requests, schedules and informing dispatch; Enters all orders into Zac-Tranz software for dispatch - technical lines requires specialized training, experience or knowledge of transportation industry; Comminicate customer delivery needs and appointment dates/times to customer and relate service requirements to dispatch.

Verify bookings are released at depots / ports for export moves, and trac import containers on the rail / port to confirm delivery is made by last free day or port cut off. Qualifications: Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written, to effectively communicate with clients and partners locally and internationally. Knowledge of Ocean freight FCL, Imports / Exports, Microsoft Office and Outlook fluent, Good understanding of appointments procedures of the Port of MTL / MTL Rail terminals, Maintain a high level of customer service at all times Work in a fast-paced environment
