All Volusia and Flagler Heating and Air is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to be the friendly and professional first point of contact for our valued customers.
We’re a family-owned and operated company committed to not just keeping homes comfortable—but also creating a workplace where our team feels supported, respected, and appreciated.
What You’ll Do:
  • Greet and assist customers over the phone with a warm, professional attitude
  • Answer and manage inbound/outbound phone calls
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Draft customer correspondences, contracts, and service documents
  • Maintain organized filing and record-keeping systems
  • Support the team with general administrative duties
  • Participate in our Emergency After-Hours Dispatch Phone rotation (additional pay provided)
