Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for daily communication with customers regarding their orders, delivery issues, product questions or similar other items. They take care of the order entry process from start to finish and are responsible for tasks that are related to customer orders such as credits, delivery issues and alike. The Customer Service Representative takes call from customers and answers questions they may have or directs them to a coworker who can answer their questions.

The Customer Service Representative is a full-time position, with benefits, and a work schedule of Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

General Accountabilities

  • Provides customers' information about products or services, takes or enters orders, or obtains details of complaints.
  • Ensures full customer satisfaction and maintains a friendly, helpful demeanor.
  • Identifies and prioritizes problems and issues related to service area.
  • Ensures that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
  • Processes adjustments, changes, requests, fees, invoices and other related paperwork.
