Job Summary: Customer Service Representative I
Location: Peachtree City, GA | Salary: $21-$24/hr | Schedule: M-F 8a-5p

Join a dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative I, managing a dedicated customer portfolio to deliver timely, accurate, and professional solutions. As the main point of contact, you will coordinate order processing, support cross-functional collaboration, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. This role offers opportunity for growth through exposure to ERP systems, process improvement, and high-visibility projects in a supportive environment.
[Responsibilities]
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, fax, and in-person with professionalism and accuracy
- Prepare and submit quotes, process orders, and maintain up-to-date customer records in ERP and CRM systems
- Review order terms and conditions, identifying and mitigating business risks
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues, update pricing, and ensure on-time delivery
- Escalate critical situations and coordinate solutions for urgent customer needs
- Provide shipping documentation, monitor order backlogs, and proactively communicate recovery plans to customers
- Support Accounts Receivable by facilitating resolution of billing or payment issues
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up
- Prepare reports on customer status and order activity for management and sales teams
- Contribute to process improvements and take on additional responsibilities as assigned
