Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LSP with customer service and insurance sales representative to join our team part-time. The ideal candidate will have Allstate Insurance experience in a similar role. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide excellent customer service to policyholders. Also upselling/cross-selling insurance products and services to existing customers/prospects to generate new business to meet sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes.
Cross sell products and services
Assist customers with policy renewals, changes, and cancellations.
Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes.
Stay updated on industry trends, company products, and services.
Generate new business through leads & referral sources.
