Job description

At OTC, we are seeking an Operations/Service Manager to keep our daily processes running like a well-oiled machine. You will lead team initiatives, streamline workflows, and elevate our customer service experience. What You'll Do: Supervise and support Applications Engineers (AEs), Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), Service Technicians, Purchasing, and Warehouse staff. Support service technicians in coordinating and managing daily dispatching and service scheduling. Manage daily operations & drive the team to reach safety & revenue goals.

Monitor customer interactions and application support activities to ensure excellent service and timely issue resolution. Manage escalated customer complaints, concerns, and service issues. Maintain service quality standards and response times.

Track department KPIs, productivity, performance metrics & revenue forecasting. Support inventory management, equipment, and service resources as needed. Serve as the main point of communication between business unit associates and management.

What You'll Need: High School diploma/GED required, Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years of management experience in industrial services, rotating equipment, or reliability solutions. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience in a customer-facing technical role.

Familiarity with ERP systems and technical sales tools. Knowledge of industry standards (ASME, ISO, etc.). Fundamental knowledge of rotating equipment & shop repair practices
