About the Position:


Insurance Specialist - In-office position in Las Vegas, NV


We currently have a full-time position open in our Insurance Department.

The Insurance Specialist (IS) position entails managing physical damage claims on Auto Loan accounts.

The IS responsibilities would include:


  • taking customer calls
  • some data entry
  • filing total loss
  • repairable and gap claims
  • coordinating the claim process with customers and their insurance companies.


Applicants must be able to multitask, have good phone and customer service skills.

Experience in auto finance or auto insurance claims is a plus but not necessary. We will train.
