Job Details:

Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing exceptional customer service with accuracy in all transactions. These transactions can include deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, cashier's checks, and cash advances. This service-oriented role also handles ATMs, and assists customers with stop payment orders, debit cards, and online banking issues. Maintaining and balancing a cash drawer with accuracy is critical to this position.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Cash handling experience required
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle people with tact, poise, and courtesy
  • Demonstrate integrity, being a team player, and respectful to customers and co-workers
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Work Schedule:

This is a full-time hourly position requiring 40 hours a week between Monday and Saturday. Hours can range from 7:15 am to 5:00 pm with Saturday rotations. Minimal overtime may be required depending on the workload.
