Job Description

You’ll help create the welcoming, fresh shopping experience Farm Boy is known for by delivering outstanding customer service and keeping our department looking its best. With an eye for detail and a passion for teamwork, you’ll ensure products are displayed beautifully and customers feel supported every step of their visit. Here are some of the other ways you’ll help us stand out:

  • Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boy’s commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.
  • Welcome, greet, and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards while sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products.
  • Package, stock, and rotate merchandise on display counters and shelves, ensuring high-quality presentation and accurate signage.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
  • Follow all corporate policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, and proper equipment use.
  • Complete designated opening and closing procedures and support fellow Team Members as needed.
  • Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.
