Responsibilities for this Customer Service job include:

•  Serve as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure exceptional service and timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate equipment shipments, tracking, and service activities to support on-time completion of customer requests.
• Maintain accurate customer, equipment, and service records within company systems and databases.
• Review and process purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and billing documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor service progress and proactively communicate status updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Partner with laboratory, field service, and operations teams to ensure efficient workflow management and operational excellence.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and correspondence to support daily business operations and customer needs.
• Research and resolve discrepancies related to equipment records, billing, and service transactions.
•  Assist with vendor management activities, including scheduling, purchase requisitions, and service coordination.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience by delivering responsive support, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Strong computer skills
• Strong attention to detail

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
