No automotive experience needed โ€” we provide all the training you need to succeed.
Job Duties:
This position requires access to a personal computer for the first 90โ€“180 days of employment.
  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, and support outbound campaigns as needed
  • Schedule service appointments for automotive dealership clients
  • Identify caller needs and provide accurate information about services
  • Accurately document call details and update customer records in real time
  • Follow company scripts and procedures for a consistent caller experience
  • Escalate issues to supervisors when appropriate
  • Maintain quality assurance standards and complete ongoing client training
  • Deliver a friendly, professional experience on every call

Qualifications:
  • G.E.D. or higher
  • At least one year of call center or customer service experience
  • Comfortable navigating multiple programs and systems simultaneously
  • Basic familiarity with computers, software, and general technology
  • Strong verbal communication skills โ€” clear, professional, and easy to understand
  • Solid written communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Sharp attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
