Job description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in service and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Compensation:

$19 - $21 hourly plus incentives


Responsibilities:
  • Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints
  • Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company
  • Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
  • Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge
  • Ensure customer account information is up-to-date
  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
  • Actively prospect and pursue new business opportunities by identifying leads
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and service requests
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the snow season, ensuring clear and timely communication
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, turning challenges into positive experiences
  • Overcome objections and handle rejection with a positive, results-driven attitude

Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
  • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • No prior experience required – we will train the right candidate
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling rejection
  • Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
