Job Summary: The Cashier is the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing orders accurately, and maintaining a clean and welcoming front-of-house environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly by making eye contact, displaying a genuine smile, and warm greeting- “Hi, welcome to Lee’s”.
  • Assist guests with menu selections.
  • Accurately process orders and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
  • Consistently use suggestive selling to increase profits.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in the dining area and front counter.
  • Ensure orders are double checked and delivered promptly and correctly.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills.
  • Ability to complete required digital training on the LMS.
