Job Title: Data Entry Specialist (High-Volume)

Location: Orange, CA (Onsite)

Duration: 3–4 Month Contract (Potential Extension)

Pay Rate: $23–$24/hour (W2)


About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support a high-volume hiring season. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains exceptional accuracy, and can efficiently manage large volumes of employee data without becoming overwhelmed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately transfer employee information from an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) into PeopleSoft.
  • Perform high-volume data entry while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Verify data for completeness and correct any discrepancies.
  • Ensure employee records are entered promptly to support accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Prioritize multiple requests and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet hiring deadlines during peak recruitment periods.


Qualifications

  • Previous high-volume data entry experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy and typing skills.
