Job Overview:
Under supervision, the Customer Service Associate handles all post order inquiries via telephone, email, or chat regarding merchandise purchased by customers.ย The goal of a Customer Service Associate is to attain customer satisfaction by responding in a timely and professional manner.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Responds to customer inquiries regarding the status of placed orders, billing, and shipping issues.
- Handles all questions relating to RMA's, pricing issues, carrier claims, order modifications, and all other post order issues.
- Gathers all necessary information for inquiries requiring further follow-up and coordinate with support associates as needed.
