Job Overview:

Under supervision, the Customer Service Associate handles all post order inquiries via telephone, email, or chat regarding merchandise purchased by customers.ย  The goal of a Customer Service Associate is to attain customer satisfaction by responding in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responds to customer inquiries regarding the status of placed orders, billing, and shipping issues.
  • Handles all questions relating to RMA's, pricing issues, carrier claims, order modifications, and all other post order issues.
  • Gathers all necessary information for inquiries requiring further follow-up and coordinate with support associates as needed.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Well-versed on all current company policies and procedures.
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Strong judgment with analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Team player within the Customer Service Department.
