Customer Care Representative (Automotive Sales and Service Department)

Join a team that puts customer experience first. At North Brothers Ford, we are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Customer Care Representative to be a key part of our growing service department.

What You’ll Do
  • Be the first point of contact for our customers, handling incoming calls with professionalism and care
  • Schedule service appointments and ensure a smooth check-in experience
  • Follow up with customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
  • Coordinate and manage a small fleet of loaner vehicles for customer convenience
  • Support the service team by following processes and ensuring accurate communication
  • Answer incoming phone leads for new and used car department
What We’re Looking For
  • A positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple phone lines in a fast-paced environment
