About the Role


As a Grain Operations Associate specializing in grain operations, you will play a vital part in ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of grain. Your responsibilities will include operating equipment, maintaining facilities, assisting with inventory management, and providing excellent service to our farmer-owners and customers. This role will be traveling to locations to support operations and maintain housekeeping duties.


What will you do?

· Assist in all aspects of elevator operations.

· Receive, dry, and load grain.

· Measure grain inventory on a weekly/monthly basis.

· Assist in grain train loading operations including cleaning and sealing cars.

· If applicable to location, operate a train locomotive & obtain a training certificate on locomotive operations.

· Maintain grain conditions by testing temperatures and blending.

· Perform equipment and facility maintenance including housekeeping records and cleanliness.

· Provide prompt, professional, and courteous customer service.
