Customer Service Associate

Position Type: Full Time (M-F)

Our team is currently hiring a full time Customer Service Associate in Dallas, TX. Customer Service Associate Primary Tasks and Duties:

  • Provide support to customers through meaningful conversations to help each customer arrive at the solution that is best fitted for their needs
  • Respond to incoming inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
  • Update customer records, taking accurate notes
  • Maintain a detailed log of each customer interaction
  • Route customer concerns to the correct department or personnel to ensure that each customer receives the most accurate solutions and responses
  • Maintain a working knowledge of current product offerings
  • Register account updates and process sensitive data in accordance with SOP
  • Process sales transactions
  • Process customer account upgrades
  • Join forces with management and coworkers to meet sales objectives
  • Uphold company standards

Customer Service Associate Qualifications:

  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Able to perform simple mathematical operations
  • Experience in efficiently handling customer issues
  • Computer proficiency is required
  • Ability to multitask, pinpoint customer needs and provide solutions in a timely manner
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Excellent attention to detail

Customer Service Associate Preferred Skills:

  • Prior CRM experience is a plus
