JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and help serve America’s Best Pizzas!

As a CSR, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for every customer. Your primary duties include taking orders at the front counter and over the phone, entering orders accurately into the POS system, processing payments, preparing and distributing customer orders, and providing helpful product and service information with a positive attitude.

You will also work closely with the rest of the restaurant team to keep daily operations running smoothly and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Take customer orders in person and over the phone.

  • Accurately enter orders into the POS system.

  • Process customer payments and handle transactions.

  • Answer customer questions and address concerns to the best of your ability.

  • Respond to customer complaints calmly, respectfully, and professionally.

  • Promote our products and company in a positive and enthusiastic manner.

  • Provide customers with a pleasant and inviting experience.

  • Receive hands-on training and in-the-moment coaching to develop your skills.

  • Assist management with daily store operations and other assigned tasks.

  • Prepare customer orders and assist with kitchen preparation when needed.

  • Bag, box, wrap, and distribute completed orders accurately.

  • Hand completed orders to customers and third-party delivery representatives.

  • Clean, maintain, and stock the showroom, work areas, and kitchen.

  • Follow all company rules, policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

  • Work as part of a team to help ensure efficient and friendly restaurant operations.

  • Familiar with POS/KPS systems and able to learn the systems quickly.
  • Understands and follows food hygiene and sanitation guidelines.
  • Able to accurately enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • Demonstrates strong time-management skills to keep orders moving and meet shift goals.
  • Flexible to work scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Can meet the physical demands of a restaurant, including standing, lifting, carrying, and moving throughout the shift.
