Job description

Scope of Work:

The individual in this role will be highly proficient in processing transactions, may open new accounts, completes more complex customer requests and provides problem resolution. This individual may be responsible for the daily operation of the vault cash and/or oversee end of day processing activities.ย  They will be knowledgeable of our companyโ€™s products and services to effectively meet the customerโ€™s needs and provide a superior level of customer service.

Essential Functions (3):

  • Transaction Processing & Cash Handling - Process a variety of transactions accurately and efficiently, which may include deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, accurately verifies incoming / outgoing cash, including daily balancing of cash drawer and vaults. ย May also serve as vault custodian, responsible for the daily operation of the main cash vault.
  • Customer Experience โ€“ Displays the following attributes: projects a positive image, friendly, outgoing, professional, courteous, resolves problems quickly and efficiently, and is respectful to customers.
  • Product Knowledge and/or Sales โ€“ Maintains a working knowledge of company products and services in order to communicate effectively with customers. Proficient in using a variety of systems and software applications. ย May open new accounts, complete complex account maintenance requests and provide qualified referrals to other business lines. Meets assigned sales/referral goals if applicable.
