Account Manager
The Account Manager role plays a critical part on a sales team by serving as a bridge between the company and its customers.  Your responsibilities will involve, but are not limited to, supporting the full sales cycle of order processing, including; order entry, order follow-up, shipping logistics, and client order communication. Their primary responsibility is to ensure a positive and satisfying customer experience before, during and after a sale.  The role of an Account Manager is to enhance the customer experience, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of the sales efforts by building and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities
·         Communicate with and directly support Sales Representative to coordinate successful and on-time delivery of marketing promotions 
·         Coordinate samples and marketing needed for clients as directed
·         Communicate with customers by phone or email to build excellent relationships in order to provide great customer service
·         Analyze and submit new orders with order follow up from production to delivery
·         Continually review orders for changing priorities in order status to properly respond to material, delivery, and lead time requirements
·         Coordinate order shipping logistics 
 ·         Liaison with customers and other departments to ensure the smooth movement of freight by providing tracking information and shipment updates 
·         Resolve logistics issues or shipping delays with a sense of urgency 
·         Maintain prospect, customer and supplier information in systems as needed
·         Complete misc. tasks to support sales efforts as needed
·         Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
·         Strong communication, time management, and prioritization skills
·         4+ years professional experience
·         Trustworthy with ethics and integrity demonstrated at the highest level
·         Deadline-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
·         Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
·         Creative problem solver that can operate under short deadlines
·         Team player with a willingness to chip in and do whatever is needed to get the job done
·         Strong attention to detail, ability to manage own time efficiently, produce high quality work and meet deadlines consistently 
·         Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with regular interruptions
·         Team player with grit to do whatever is needed and persevere through any challenge
·         Experience in the Promotional Products or Special Markets industry a plus
·         Experience with Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transportation a plus
·         Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
·         Ability to identify and meet customers’ needs and requirements
·         Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral 
·         Professional, friendly, polite interaction with suppliers, brokers & clients
·         Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with a strong knowledge of data entry and office systems
