Job Overview:

The Investor Relations Associate supports client communication by preparing and distributing reports and responding to investor and consultant requests. The role serves as a key point of contact for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring accurate and timely information delivery, completing due diligence materials and client questionnaires, and supporting the firm’s investor relations initiatives and business development. This role is based in Conshohocken, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Reporting and Communications:

  • Own the production and distribution of assigned client reports, as well as ad hoc reporting and information requests,identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Serve as either primary or secondary point of contact with clients and consultants for routine communication and operational issues.
  • Coordinate with investment, operations, and compliance teams to gather information and ensure client communications are complete, accurate, and delivered on schedule.

Data Management and Due Diligence:

  • Respond to requests from clients, consultants, and industry partners with timely and accurate information.
  • Maintain investor due diligence materials and CRM records to support fundraising efforts, client servicing, and ongoing relationship management.

Analysis and Strategic Support:

  • Support due diligence efforts as needed to contribute to growth of the firm and work with investment team to craft compelling performance and attribution commentary.
  • Assist senior professionals in executing ongoing investor relations and capital markets initiatives for existing and prospective clients, including client onboarding, servicing, and communications.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new investors.
  • Recommend process improvements that enhance reporting quality, operational efficiency, and the overall client experience.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or real estate-related field strongly preferred.
  • Approximately 3-7 years of financial services experience; knowledge of investment management, private equity, or equity markets is a plus.
  • Prior Investor Relations experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret complex information and effectively communicate with investors.
  • Flexible team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce); Bloomberg, APX, PowerBI experience is a plus.
