General Summary:
Are you an intuitive problem-solver who thrives on delivering excellent customer experiences? We're looking for a Customer Relations Coordinator to be a key connection point for our Automotive, Fluids, and Industrial Division customers. In this role, you'll manage orders from start to finish, ensure timely communication, and support our internal teams to keep everything running smoothly.
Essential Duties:
What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, ensuring high satisfaction and proactive communication.
  • Enter and review new orders, including spot buys, blanket purchase orders, and EDI transmissions.
  • Complete contract reviews and manage revisions or changes to existing orders.
  • Monitor open orders to ensure timely delivery and communicate updates to customers and production.
  • Respond promptly to customer and internal emails (within 4 hours for customers, 24 hours internally).
  • Perform ERP-related tasks in line with established procedures (Delmia Works/IQMs experience a plus).
  • Assist in resolving customer issues related to pricing, scheduling, shipping, or invoicing.
  • Manage customer scorecards and escalate concerns to appropriate department heads.
  • Support Sales Account Managers on customer-related topics.

Requirements
Education/Certification Requirements:
• College degree in Business or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience Requirements:
• Minimum two years of customer service experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
Skill Requirements:
• Proficient in using Order Entry and related modules in an ERP system (Delmia Works/IQMs preferred).
• Microsoft Office (basic to intermediate Excel skill level is required).
• Excellent customer relations skills.
• Clear and concise communicator.
• Intuitive thinker (see ahead and understand the impact of actions and decisions).
