At Dryworx Water Damage Restoration, we specialize in providing comprehensive restoration and reconstruction services. After our mitigation team completes their work, our reconstruction team steps in to bring homes and businesses back to life. We pride ourselves on excellent communication, professionalism, and customer care.


Position Overview

We are seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee the rebuild portion of projects following mitigation. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. You will work closely with customers, project coordinators, contractors, and insurance adjusters to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the reconstruction phase of projects after mitigation is completed.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their wants, needs, and potential upgrades.
  • Collaborate with project coordinators on scheduling subcontractors and managing timelines.
  • Ensure all work aligns with budgets established by insurance adjusters.
  • Monitor project progress, address issues proactively, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, budgets, and schedules.
  • Prioritize time management to oversee multiple projects efficiently.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the rebuild process with empathy and professionalism.
