Our company is immediately seeking a Spanish speaking Customer Lead.
Our Customer Lead will be responsible for managing large accounts, entering a high volume of purchase orders, maintaining customer relationships, and having a great understanding of our product lines in order to answer customer questions and resolve issues.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to emails and phone calls from customers and sales representatives regarding order entry, order status requests, product inquiries, etc. (mostly email)
- Expedite orders upon customer and sales representative requests
- Put detailed quotes together ensuring accuracy in pricing
- Provide information regarding inventory availability and products
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our product lines to better aid with customer's selection
- Effectively route technical support inquiries to the appropriate individual or department
- Participate in goal projects while maintaining daily workload
- Responsible for being the point of contact regarding delivery timelines
- Attend conferences and medical products trade shows a few times per year
Requirements:
- 2-3 years customer service experience - manufacturing preferred
- Bilingual Spanish speaking
- ERP experience is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook
- High degree of attention to detail
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, activities, and projects for timely completion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
