Job description

We are looking for personable, self-motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Experience Associates. We are rapidly expanding in the Dedham, MA area and are in need of representatives who are excited to be a part of this growth.

Candidates for our Customer Experience Associate position should have winning attitudes and the ability to make our clients' customers feel welcomed in-store. As the first point of contact for the customer, the Customer Experience Associate is the 'face of the company' and takes personal ownership of each customer's experience.

The Customer Experience Associate will be expected to:

  • Present and promote our clients products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers in a retail setting
  • Resolve customer support related issues and provide customers with proper solutions to their concerns
  • Professionally and compliantly represent not only our company but our clients as well
  • Report new customer acquisitions and sales to the Director of Operations
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
